7 Step Process

Email the completed form to the administration officer (calvin@jcauditors.com) who is an expert on ISO 17021 and will arrange application review and develop the required audit programme.
Our accounts department will then send the certification proposal and audit quotation for acceptance.
Once these have been approved and accepted, the Stage 1 audit date is scheduled. The Stage 1 audit is then conducted, and any areas of concern addressed. Thereafter the Stage 2(main) audit is scheduled and conducted.
If there are any non-conformances found, adequate corrective actions would need to be implemented and then evaluated for adequacy. Thereafter, the JC Auditors certification committee conducts a certification review and, if all criteria has been met, will result in approval and certification award.
